David will be talking to Tiptree U3a on Thursday 18th June from 1:45 at the Tiptree Community Centre, 1a Caxton Close, Tiptree CO5 0UP.
He will be talking about what has influenced his crime writing, from the first books read as a child through his experiences of living in the north of England during the hunt for the Yorkshire Ripper to the varied crime writers he has met along his journey.
He may just give a teaser of the new book, DISCONTENT, in the Tendring Series, due to be published later this year.
The fourth novel in the TENDRING SERIES is currently well under way. Set in early 1979, it will be titled DISCONTENT and is due for publication in 2026.
