The fourth novel in the TENDRING SERIES is now scheduled for publication on 17th September. Set in early 1979, it will be titled DISCONTENT.

David will be signing copies of all his books at The Nose Bookshop in Walton-on-the-Naze on Saturday 19th September as part of the Walton Arts Festival.

He also gave a very successful talk to Tiptree U3a in June, speaking about what has influenced his crime writing, from the first books read as a child through his experiences of living in the north of England during the hunt for the Yorkshire Ripper to the varied crime writers he has met along his journey.

He also gave a teaser of the new book, DISCONTENT.
